Thanks for the support fellas  It was a year or two ago at Bisley and although I'd have preferred a 3 foot shoot it was actually 10 yards (still close up) for the Pocket Revolver comp (duelling stance).

The pistol shoots a foot high so you've gotta pick a point below the target and try to remember where to aim. I keep meaning to file down the hammer nose to lower the back sight (and point of impact) so that I can aim onto the target but I use the pistol for re-enactment too and don't want to spoil it's good looks... I am VERY fond of that little '49 pocket.

10 yrds, that's fine shooting

I put on a higher front site on my Colt Navy, shoots to point of aim now
